This universal wheel net secures your vehicle for towing on a tow dolly. The heavy duty flat hook secures one end of the net and the other end will feed into the ratchet assembly on the tow dolly.  The heavy duty cam buckle on the net allows you quick and easily adjustments for 14"-17" tires.
