Great tie downs for my show cars in an ATC enclosed trailer

I recently purchased a 24' ATC enclosed trailer to transport my show cars. I have strapped cars to an open trailer with straps over the rear axle and over the front sway bars, but those would be challenging to install in an enclosed trailer and I hat the thought of pinching a brake line or stressing suspension bushings. I loved the concept of the Venom Wheel Webs, so I ordered the standard set with the 24" straps. Kevin from Securemycargo.com called me to confirm my trailer size and explained the difference in the ratchets. I tried the regular straps first on my 1958 Impala, but they are too long, so I ordered these direct bolt on ratchets and they work great. The standard straps require 55" from the center of the wheel hub to the D-ring and these direct bolt on ratchets require 40". Measure the distance between the D-rings, subtract the distance between the centers of the wheel hubs. If the difference is greater than 110", the standard straps will work. If the distance is greater than 80", the direct bolt on ratchets will work. If it is less than 80", you will need to add more D-rings. Once you get the right straps, they work great! They will allow the cars suspension to float in the trailer and I will not be scratching my axle or suspension with straps.
